As a dynamic builder of 'SMART' homes and innovative communities across Sub-Saharan Africa, using contemporary building technologies such as the revolutionary ICF (Insulated Concrete Form), home-based IoT (Internet of Things) systems and processes that have undergone significant R&D, we are constantly adapting to environmental realities and customer needs. We previously headquartered our operations in the United States of America (USA) but relocated to the UAE (United Arab Emirates) at the height of the ravaging COVID-19 pandemic and are currently overseeing our global operations from our new Headquarters in Dubai.
